Pumpkin seeds, from your pumpkin carving project, of course!
Pre-heat the oven to 300° F.
Rinse and dry the pumpkin seeds.
Drizzle about 2 teaspoons of olive oil and sprinkle seasoning.
Lay on a sheet pan, but be sure that the seeds lay flat, on a single layer.
Bake for 45 minutes turning occasionally.
